By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the IOK Seminary Retreat, held from September 26–28, 2025, at Camp Wrightwood. I understand that outdoor and group activities may carry inherent risks. I agree to assume full responsibility for my personal health, safety, and belongings during the retreat.

I hereby release and hold harmless the Institute of Knowledge, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, and retreat organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, or theft.

If I am registering a spouse or children, I acknowledge that this waiver also applies to them.
