Event Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Event Timings: Conference, 9 AM-9 PM; Grand Bazaar 10 AM-9 PM
Friday, 10/24, Evening Setup: 6:30-10:00 PM
Saturday, 10/25, Shift 1: 8:30 AM-3:30PM (
7 hours)
Saturday, 10/25, Shift 2: 3:00 PM-10:00PM (
7 hours)
Some things to note:
1) All volunteers will be asked to abide by a black dress code
2) All volunteers should be on time. If you arrive late you may be reassigned to another role for your shift.
3) All volunteers will receive complimentary tickets to the full-day conference and they're welcome to attend any sessions outside of their shift.
4) All volunteers must cover the cost of their own parking.
5) All volunteers will be provided meals during their shift (Breakfast/Lunch, or Lunch/Dinner)
6) We will do our best to assign you to the role you are most interested in.
7) We will not be able to coordinate carpools.
