⏰ Vendors are not permitted to begin teardown or pack up before 9:30 PM.
Vendors are encouraged to make their booths feminine and elegant to match the event's theme. 💎

This policy is in place because your investment covers more than just your booth—it also includes operational costs, website features, directory listings, vendor support, and more. Booth placement will be assigned by the event team to best accommodate the overall layout and flow of the event. While we will do our best to consider vendor needs, specific placement requests cannot be guaranteed.
